Came up just short of the podium in both races this past weekend at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. I’m definitely a bit disappointed that I couldn’t turn my first ever Pole Position into something better, but we definitely have something strong to build off of. Atlanta has notoriously been a hard track for me, so two P4 finishes and a Pole Position wasn’t so bad. I definitely felt that a podium was in the cards, but from a lapped rider causing my gap to 4th to close in race one, to my own mistakes in race two, it wasn’t what I had wanted. Overall though, I came out of Atlanta with some good points towards the championship, and a lot of motivation for Barber Motorsports Park! 👊
