Tomorrows opening will begin at 5pm! Due to the anticipated snow forecast we have decided to open one hour earlier. The snow is projected to start around 8pm so plan accordingly! Fingers crossed it holds out until later and doesn’t interfere with the incredible evening we have planned. We will have three musicians playing live during the opening to bring us some jazzy rock n roll vibes to fit the art work displayed (: We are so excited and can’t wait to see you tomorrow!! This weekend Darkslide Film Lab will be participating in the Bridgeport Arts Trail!! The Lab will be open to the public to come check out on Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th from 11-4! Saturday night the building will be hosting a HUGE gallery show in our three gallery spaces in the building followed by an after party. Ever wondered what the lab looks like? My mother used to buy me disposable cameras when I was a kid and every time we got one developed half of the pictures would be of like, the ground, or a cloud, or just an empty black frame. I hope my mom thinks her investment in my imagination was worth it.
