Integrative Wellness
We treat the whole person, not just the symptom or disease - our practice heals the root cause.
Disease is not an event, it's a process. It begins years, sometimes decades, earlier. By the time symptoms appear, the problem has been building for a long time.
This is the kind of conversation that happens every month inside the Wellness Lab Collective, Dr. Turner's live monthly Zoom membership where he goes deep on the topics that actually move the needle in your health.
Anyone can join. You don't have to be a patient.

Xenoestrogens are chemicals from outside the body that can mimic or disrupt the actions of estrogen, one of your body's most important hormones. Many are classified as endocrine-disrupting chemicals, meaning they can interfere with normal hormone signaling in ways that researchers are still working to fully understand.
Research has linked certain xenoestrogens to changes in reproductive health, development, and metabolism. The effects depend on the specific chemical, the level of exposure, and when that exposure occurs. Not every exposure causes harm, but the cumulative daily load is worth paying attention to.
Here's how to reduce your exposure and support your body's ability to clear them:
-Use glass or stainless steel instead of plastic, especially with hot food
-Choose fragrance-free personal care products
-Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly
-Filter your drinking water
-Support kidney and liver function with adequate fiber intake
-Stay well hydrated
-Eat organically when possible
-Sweat daily, one of the most effective ways to move toxins out of your tissues
Reducing your toxic load isn't one dramatic change. It's consistent, informed decisions made every day.
Most people never think twice about what they use to wipe every single day. Dr. Turner does, and he believes it's worth talking about.
The tissue in that region of the body is highly absorbent and highly sensitive. Conventional toilet paper is bleached and chemically processed.
Irritation, inflammation, and chronic discomfort in that area are often dismissed or attributed to complex causes. But sometimes the answer is simpler than anyone expects. It's what you're using every single day without questioning it.
Cleaner alternatives exist. Unbleached, chemical-free toilet paper is widely available. Water-based cleansing, standard practice throughout much of Europe, is another option worth considering.
Reducing your total toxic load is often times small, intentional decisions made consistently over time. Your body interacts with everything you use every single day. The question is whether those interactions are working for you or against you.
Choose accordingly.

Integrative Wellness is growing, and we're actively looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is compassionate, curious, coachable, and genuinely excited to learn. Experience is appreciated, but attitude, character, and work ethic matter more.
We're not looking for someone who wants a new job. We're looking for someone on a mission, who believes there's a better way to practice medicine.
Does that sound like you? Dr. Turner would love to meet you!
