A lense into my world, these are some of my favorite tools that I cannot be without.

1) 7qt and sometimes 8qt Kitchenaid Mixer

2) the best little workhorse spatula in the world IYKYK (these are always gifted to me at Christmas)

3) 15qt mixer for my larger batches

4) My massive, hand sanded perfect weight scraper for my tallest bakes from

5) My Agbay cake slices sharpest blade for well torted cakes

These are my timesavers. Built this collection over time, and there may be more joining the team soon...

But without these...

I wouldn't be doing this 😅😅😅

I now just need a really tall cake turner and I would be in heaven.
