My second Love letter to you.

Listen while looking at yourself in the mirror and allow it to come from the deepest most loving and nurturing aspect of yourself. Look into your eyes and imagine genuinely seeing that sparkle and being warmed by it. Imagine everytime you closed your eyes it was your eyes that you saw behind your closed lids beckoning you to let them love you even more...

Get curious about how much more you can hold. About how much deeper you can know yourself. About how much taller you can stand.

If you are in a better place than you were yesterday, connect with someone. If you are in a place of darkness purposefully reach outside of your comfort zone and find a safe harbor, connect with a safe someone.

I know what it feels like to go from being alone inside to having a community. A community of loving, healing, acceptance, no bu****it answers, laughter, empowerment, support, being heard, being seen, mutual reciprocation, and having hope.

Over 2 years ago I created the donation based Community Support Group that I needed when I was looking for community for so many years. My group has saved lives. Changed lives. And made sense of life for those who have been dedicated to showing up...sometimes it wasn't for themselves they showed up for.

I don't believe this group is for everyone but it is for anyone who wants to show up. I don't think I can save anyone's life, but I know being loved can. I know being empowered and seen and heard can make all the difference in the world.

We are meeting twice a month right now. Two years ago we met three times a week.

Once in the middle of the month on zoom and at the end of the month in person for ceremony. Currently we are watching Brene Brown's Atlas of the Heart, completing the workbook together, and discussing the topics relevance to us as individuals. Then in ceremony we release, integrate, and align these lessons into our four manifestations.

I can't be everything to everyone but if I can be something to someone than that's all that matters.
