Body by Mark is HIRING! We are currently looking for someone to help in our front office.

Job duties include:

Greet customers warmly, answer phones

Schedule vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, and repair appointments; manage the shop calendar

Prepare and process repair estimates

Coordinate parts orders, inventory and delivery tracking

Update customers on repair status and provide ETA communications

Assist with basic clerical tasks (data entry, filing, inventory) and maintain a clean, organized front desk

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive collision repair environment

Familiarity with estimating terminology and parts ordering

Knowledge of insurance claim processes and documentation

Do to the extreme weather we understand that repairing your car critical. We are currently booking about two weeks out for repairs. But you can get an estimate any time between 8AM and 5pm Monday through Friday. If that dosen't work we can make an appointment that is convenient for you.
