Long before he was leading the organization, Ray was learning the business from the ground up: "I started at Conveyco at an early age, cleaning the office on Saturday mornings so my father could sneak in a few extra hours of work without my mom giving him grief. In college I was an intern while getting my degree and never dreamed I would one day have the privilege to lead this organization. 30 years have gone by in an instant and I couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds for us!”

Today Conveyco had the privilege of sponsoring the TEAM BE BETTER; Golf Outing at Macatawa Golf Club in Holland, MI.

TEAM BE BETTER; was founded by Steve Miskelley after losing his son six years ago. Out of unimaginable grief, Steve built something that could help other families never have to go through what his did - and today, in its 5th year - this event is a testament to how far that mission has come.

Their work is built around a simple but powerful truth: the behavioral health system treats the patient, but forgets the family. TEAM BE BETTER; is trying to change that by offering no-cost, family-centered mental health consultations, education, and advocacy specifically for adolescents and young adults ages 13–25. No waitlists, no rigid scheduling, no guesswork. Just real support for families navigating one of the hardest things they'll ever face, with a special focus on student-athletes like Steve's son.
