Large fire burning at Monroe Energy refinery in Delaware County One injury has been reported as firefighters continue to battle a blaze at a refinery in Trainer, Delaware County.

The good news— the NJ "Make Polluters Pay" Act has passed forward out of the Assembly Appropriations Committee and will likely be heard by the Senate Budget Committee this week with possible floor votes between Saturday and Tuesday.
This is the time we need to be making calls and contacting our NJ legislators to make sure they pass this bill (S-2338/A-3735)
