Breaunna was referred to us by one of our partners who had a client's daughter looking to buy her first home.

Going in, we knew we had our work cut out for us and that it was going to take some time for us to find the right house for her to call home.

It was almost as if they ChatGPT'd their way through everything except the negotiations. They let their ego do that for them... and it cost them thousands.

Not only were we able to negotiate an amazing price on the house, but she also had her closing costs covered by the seller AND she got a new roof.
