We had such a great time connecting with our friends and colleagues Lisa & Skipper Bain with Lisa Bain Ministries, Edie Tolbert with The Stonebrook Project, Gina Hoffman from Project 31, and Tammy Cook from Advanced ENT.
We are so blessed to have such a close knit community supporting those impacted by cancer.

Good Morning from Dallas! We are here to saddle up @ Lungevity! My presentation - Cowgirl Ways: Keeping the Campfire Burning. 🔥

Yesterday was a BIG day for us! I was a co-speaker with 3 other powerful women to speak on the power of community partnerships between clinicians and researchers at UAMS Nursing Reseach Day.

AND….

I got a glimpse of the results for the EMBRACE trial and they are highly positive! No details can release until the paper publishes BUT the ladies that participated in the study were all in and my research team is growing a loud and passionate voice!! I feel such pride in the work we are doing! 💜

My honey and I have been using these conversation cards to spark convo that isnt about our busy practice, family, kids, house, etc. We both are really enjoying this particular set because the questions are geared towards long-term couples.

We do 3-4 cards every couple of days over a shared meal, time on the back porch, or the bath tub.

This card was from saturday and my husband came to a quick answer…

Politeness with idiots/aholes and worry of others opinions of me. Now, I am a lover and healer… but I am also better at holding boundaries out of respect for myself, but he is spot on. As usual, my man gets me to my core. 🤔💥💜
