Hi all!!! There is a new program starting at Capitol Wellness!! Every Saturday (starting Oct 23) we will be offering either packed lunches or meals for free! It’s our way of saying thank you and spreading our blessings. Also there will be pen and paper for you or a loved one to leave a prayer request. You can sign your name or remain anonymous, whatever feels most comfortable. Just know that Kara and myself are grateful for you and will be praying for you. They will be on the front porch (inside if weather is icky)and open to any and all in need of a meal. No questions asked, please take what you need! If you know of anyone please send them our way!
