What an incredible opportunity to spend a day learning from and being encouraged by some of the top female leaders in their professions. To be in the same room as some of my heroes was a dream✨ I am grateful for the women who have gone before me and embraced courage so that I can have an opportunity to grow as a female leader in my profession. The humility these women demonstrated was absolutely inspiring.

It was incredible to witness the unified front of those who are standing for change in female athletics and providing opportunities for our athletes🩷

For all of the athletes I have worked with and will work with in the future, your dreams are not out of reach. If you stay focused and hustle, lean into your support system, ask for help, and stay curious, you can see your wildest dreams become reality. I dreamed a long time ago of attending an NFL event for women. My career path hasn’t always seemed clear or traditional, yet to walk into the stadium this past weekend was evidence that I am right where I need to be to see my dreams through!
