City Sappers Pure Maple Syrup

Trees are starting to bud and sap flow is pretty slow or stopped so the season is over for me. The weather was on/off but I did well with just shy of 10 gallons of syrup, not bad on only 40 taps. Best part, I’m all cleaned up and bottled already, that’s a record for me as that’s my least favorite part.
