My clients are surprised at the difference. I also have an enclosed 12x7 aluminum trailer that clients can use for moving. It is great for taking loads of items to donate or move to your next house. Lastly, we offer a free Pre-Inspection with a local home inspector. Pointing out defects of your house that you might not have known about can save you money and eliminate possible issues down the road. I have received the 2016 & 2017 Five Star professional award for customer service and client satisfaction. I recently earned my Seller Representative Specialist certificate from the National Association of Realtors. Now that I don’t work for other real estate companies who have a commission rate of 6% or higher, I have the flexibility of offering an excellent rate to clients.
