It's been two years now that we've been living with COVID-19. The initial fear of an unknown novel virus has given way to ongoing fog of uncertainty and doubt. What is more clear to me now more than ever is the importance of Resilience and Selfcare. I hope all of you had a Merry Christmas with your loved ones and wish you the best in 2022!
