New around here? Welcome to the Club! 🥟✨

It is so wonderful to see so many new faces! Whether you found us through a craving for crispy mandoo or a love for Korean culture, we are so glad you’re here.

So, what is Mandoo Club? 🥢
We aren’t just about recipes; we are about the joy of the fold. For the past 5 years, our founder, Judy, has been on a mission to share the love and soul of Korean food and culture. What started as a passion project has grown into a community of foodies, creators, and comfort-food lovers.

Why you NEED to experience the Club:
If you’ve been looking for a sign to level up your kitchen game, this is it! Here’s why our workshops are a total vibe:
More Than a Class: It’s a hands-on celebration! You’ll learn the art of the perfect fold while soaking in the stories behind the flavors.

5 Years of Love: Judy has spent half a decade perfecting the experience, bringing the warmth of her heritage straight to your table.
Community First: Bring your crew—you’ll leave with a full belly and a happy heart.
Cultural Connection: We dive deep into the “why” behind Korean comfort food, making every bite more meaningful.

The big question is... Are you ready to join the club? 🤝

Whether you’re booking a team-building event or joining one of our public workshops, there is always a seat (and a steamer basket) waiting for you.

NOLA, you have my heart. ⚜️✨ Exploring the French Quarter Festival felt like a non-stop treasure hunt through historic streets and hidden garden courtyards.

The energy is unmatched—free music around every corner and that world-famous Southern hospitality at every turn. Between learning the storied history of the **Sazerac** and sipping on **Gin Fizzes** and **Gold Fashioneds**, I fully immersed myself in the spirit of the city.

And the food? Absolute soul on a plate. From classic Gumbo and overstuffed Po-boys to fresh Gulf fish smothered in crawfish, every bite was a celebration.

The NOLA Hit List:
Clancy’s
N7
Elysian Bar
Sun Chong
Peacock Lounge
Kingfish
Mother’s
NOLA Po-boys
Lilly’s for Vietnamese

New Orleans, your culture is one-of-a-kind. I’m already planning the return trip. 🎷🥃🥘

Sun, nature, and Mandoo! 🥟☀️🌳🌸
We had the most incredible day at the Marin Art and Garden Center, tucked away in the beautiful Edible Garden. There’s truly nothing like learning the art of Korean dumplings while surrounded by fresh greens and blue skies!

We spent the afternoon:
✨ Diving into the vibrant world of Korean flavors.
✨ Mastering the craft of making healthy, delicious mandoo from scratch.
✨ Connecting with amazing new friends from our local community.
Is there anything better than enjoying fresh dumplings outdoors? Culture and nature experience. This is exactly what “living the good life” feels like. 🌿✨

Don’t miss out on the magic next time! Join us at our next event and become part of our growing community.

👉 Sign up for our newsletter (link in bio!) to stay up to date on upcoming workshops and gatherings. See you there!
