This annual forum named in honor of Justice Thurgood Marshall is designed to encourage a college and community wide discourse on the status of the civil and human rights covenants inherent in U.S. Constitution. The Thurgood Marshall Forum will emphasize the relevance of the 14th and 15th Amendment to the contemporary application of civil and human rights in the United States Government and Civil Society as it relates today’s political and economic climate.
