All this talk about PMOS and PCOS — the bottom line is that if you’ve received this diagnosis, you probably have a million questions about it!
If you’re in NY/NJ (and are over 18), I have a group that may be helpful to you! It’s a great way to get support at a lower cost than one-on-one sessions (or even in addition to them! I also have options for insurance if you are interested.
