The Lake House was designed to be energy efficient and fully electric. By using increased insulation values be and triple glazed , the total June energy bill was only $34! I’m excited to begin working on restoring this 1890’s home in Rosendale, NY. Most of the original construction details remain and it will be a fun challenge to update the house while maintaining its historic character. Scroll through to see some interior details.
