The studio library is slowly becoming a habitat. Pressed leaves from decades past mingle with botanical plates from the 1920s, baskets by , and preserved vessels from our first exhibition, Naturalia, at . Some arrived by intention, others by drift. Together they form a record of our enduring fascination with plants—those patient architects of the world we tend to overlook.

The contorted stems of ‘Flying Dragon’ provide year-round structural interest and a convenient reminder that photosynthetic organisms can be openly hostile.
