Tips for the taxi drivers to save time & earn more money:

1. Make sure to ask passenger’s name and ID. Not telling them the name from your screen but asking the name directly as there were many cases when random people pretended to be the passenger just to go for free.

2. Don’t wait for long for passengers unless they asked you to and call us. However If you wait more than 6 minutes you end up wasting time and having less income. If nobody appeared in 6 minutes call us and we will process No Show fee and for those who are on schedule we will try to get you a replacement.

3. Always call us if you’re being late wether it’s 2 minutes or 10 minutes. Not every passenger can wait for you and just cancel the ride on your way. Make sure they’re agree to wait for you.

4. If the passenger asks another drop off than on the app then confirm if it’s the right passenger then tell them to call AAR and change it. You can’t go anywhere else but the destination indicated on your app.
