“I always knew I’d cover my hair after I got married. I wouldn’t say I was looking forward to it, but I wouldn’t say I was dreading it either. It was just gonna be what it would be, as they say. Well, when I got my first wig and hated it—the color, the fit in my head, the combs, the stupid alien head bump in the back ( ), I began to not only dread covering my hair, I began to resent it. I was on the verge of giving it up entirely, when told me she had one she wanted to send me to try before I fully made up my mind.

To say it was a 180 on my original experience is an understatement. Comfortable. Beautiful. Easy. It felt like me! I felt like me!

What began as a trial period, ended with me falling in love with my and buying it. In fact, when she asked for me to send it back so she could finish it (yes, it wasn’t even finished fully!) I asked her, “ok, but, like, how quickly can you get it back to me?” And when she told me it would be a couple weeks, I had her send it to me on vacation so I could have it sooner!! I’ve had it for 6 months now, wearing it and loving it on a regular basis and I just have to say what miracle workers these women are for not only making a girl feel beautiful, but bringing beauty back to a mitzvah!

Not to mention, I’m so blessed to call this lady my big sis! I love you!”
