We’ll be at the Dallas Farmers Market all day long on Saturday, and I will be hosting a 30 minute sound meditation at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve at 4:30pm on Sunday (bring a yoga mat and/or meditation pillow).

Starting next week, sound meditations will be held at on weekdays and at various outdoor spaces on weekends. 🙏 hope to see you there.
