Hosted by Health Essential Association in collaboration with the Local Community Patrol (LCP), this event is designed to create a dynamic platform that combines education, health, and entertainment for our community families.

Highlights of the event include:

🎒 Free School Supplies and Backpacks: To help students get ready for the new school year, we’ll be giving away free school supplies and backpacks. Supplies are limited, so be sure to arrive early!
🎭 Cultural Performances: Enjoy a variety of multicultural performances, including a children's fashion show guided by a professional model and fashion consultant.
🎨 Face Painting: Kids can delight in their favorite face-painting activities, adding a touch of fun to the day.
🍎 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Distribution: We’ll be handing out fresh produce to promote healthy eating and support a balanced lifestyle.
📚 After-School Program Information: Learn about after-school tutoring programs available. Families who sign up early can enjoy additional discounts to help their children excel in the new school year.
👮 Career Day: Captain Joseph Antonio from the 61st Precinct will host an interactive session, giving children a unique opportunity to learn about police work and the responsibilities of an officer.
🚇 Free Half-Priced MetroCard Applications: Representative from MTA will be on-site to help residents apply for free half-priced MetroCards, making commuting more affordable and convenient.
🗳️ Voter Registration: Voter registration services will be available to encourage community members to participate and exercise their civic rights.
🏥 Health and Welfare Services: Professionals from Coney Island Hospital will offer free blood pressure checks.
There will be information on health insurance, food stamps, Medicare/Medicaid, senior benefits, and more.
