I’m looking for a few locations for a low budget film in March in NEW YORK STATE with maybe 1-2 days in NEW JERSEY. The production is fully insured and we have a modest locations budget. I will happily give a cut of the location fees for leads to locations you have direct personal relationships with. We would like to keep all locations within the 25 mile production radius of the city, but we are willing to travel a little further if the location is perfect. But anything beyond 50 miles is too far.

LOCATIONS NEEDED

1. REHAB FACILITY - 5 Days of Filming. Needs to have a suburban rural feel. Woods surrounding it, preferable with trails that surrounding the facility. NEEDS TO BE IN NEW YORK STATE

2. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 2 Days of Filming. Typical suburban elementary school you'd see in Westchester / Long Island / NJ Suburbs. NEW YORK OR NEW JERSEY

3. CENTER HALL COLONIAL HOME - 6 Days of Filming. Upper middle class home, preferable with a fire place, a nice back yard, large kitchen with lots of light, back porch, interesting bathrooms and bedrooms. NEEDS TO BE IN NEW YORK STATE

4. CHINESE RESTAURANT – ½ day of filming. Restaurant in the Suburbs. Typical Chinese restaurant that offers table service.

5. OFFICE BUILDING – ½ day of filming. Can be a single story building or multiple stories. Needs a lower Westchester Long Island type setting.

6. IRISH BAR -1 Day of Filming. Dive bar with an alley next to it. Suburban type setting, preferable near office setting.

7. ICE CREAM PARLOR – ½ day of filming. Normal mom and pop style shop – Suburbs.

8. TOY STORE - ½ day of filming. Small toy store.

9. AVERAGE HOUSE - 1 Day of Filming. Looking for something that feels like it could be in Miami. Small backyard, street where a kid could ride a bike.

10. FANCY HOTEL – 2 Days of Filming - Looking for something that feels like it could be in Miami.

11. HOTEL WITH A VIEW OF NYC – 1 Day of Filming
