262 weeks ago, during the second summer of the COVID pandemic, Bindlestiff Family Cirkus took to the streets of New York City to bring free circus to the people. ❤️🎪
One of the artists helping us bring those moments of joy was the incredible Molly Plunk, who wowed audiences with her breathtaking tight wire act.
Looking back reminds us why we started and continue to do what we do: bringing circus arts directly into our communities, one performance at a time.

🎤 Amplifying Frigid New York FRIGID New York Theater and Something from Abroad Something From Abroad 🇻🇪 Join A Spanglish Affair Open Stage for a special Venezuela Fundraiser on July 20 at 7 PM at Under St. Marks Theatre (94 St. Marks Place, NYC).
This month’s theme is Divas del Pop Latino, with an evening of performances, community, and solidarity. In addition to donating box office proceeds, the event will collect cash donations, essential supplies, and host a raffle to support relief efforts in Venezuela.
As the organizers beautifully put it:
“Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference. Thank you for helping us turn art into solidarity.”
