a year so far filled with anxiety, creative block, and uncertainty and yet also with so much love, friendship, and adventure

What an incredibly busy but rewarding year 2025 has been. I don’t even know where to begin.

After years of applying and getting rejected, I finally got in through the door at a few cool opportunities. I started off the spring at , where I created my first large scale video projection. Then I had my first international exhibition, showing at the 2025 Experimental Video exhibition in 🇬🇷 over the summer. Then in the Fall I was a Media Arts Fellow at where I graced the halls of Inspiration Point with 14 other photographers and video artists. And finally I will end the year and spend most of next year as a BRICLab Video Art resident developing my next major project.

Being an artist is incredibly tough business and not for the faint of heart. It finally feels like my perseverance is beginning to pay off. Next year, I hope to create meaningful work that will not only speak to me, but more importantly, to you as well.
