I had fun photographing him for his latest book: 
“Crosswordese: The Weird and Wonderful Language of Crossword Puzzles,” for brought to life by the design extraordinaire . Grabbing a few alphabet letters at the ol’ 99 cent store, I headed over to collaborate with this humorous and quirky wordsmiths. Go ahead and solve his refrigerator puzzle he made on the spot. (Only clue is — it’s all food related)

Our photo of Brian Doerries the creator of was a chosen in American photography’s “chosen image of the year awards” I didn’t even know the awesome Erin Mayes , designer extraordinaire had entered it. Thanks for so many fun projects Erin.
