So much fun at the Season 2 party! Big congratulations to my dear friend 🎉 What a wonderful series you’ve created! And to the brilliant producer extraordinaire for 12 Sided Die. (You looked so S T U N N I N G 🤩 btw.) It was so fun seeing so many of my Skeleton Crew friends. Made me miss LA 🥲 lil bit.

Spring is really springing up my neighborhood! These trees reminded me of Wicked.

Just shy of 14 years ago, I moved to LA with a sparkling dream burning in my soul. Unfortunately I absolutely abhorred it here for the first 6 years or so, but that sparkle kept me focused and determined through all the 💩. And it really was so much 💩. Eventually though I did finally open to the magic of the city, and then, I fell in love HARD. I’ve learned, and loved, and lost, and LIVED. I’ve become a version of myself I couldn’t have even imagined 14 years ago. I’m not where I thought I’d be, or who I thought I’d be… but I think I love and appreciate myself more than I ever knew I needed to, and that’s quite a special feat. From another angle though, I have failed worse than I ever thought I could. So now, as Superman needs the sun, l need New York. Maybe I should have gone back a long time ago. Or maybe I shouldn’t go at all. Or maybe everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to, and this is the perfect moment. I’m grateful for all this chapter in LA has brought me. I know I’ll be back for more adventures. Until then though… “I’m gonna make a brand new start of it, in old New York.”
