Welcome and thank you to the Q4-2025 new clients!
It’s always a joy meeting open-minded teams of early childhood educators who are eager to explore childhood, feel engaged by young children’s current challenges and needs, and seek ways to evolve the educator’s role to assist children on and along their individual learning and development pathways.
Thank you also to the many returning clients who enjoyed my “advanced” PDs and to those who have chosen a long-term mentoring and consulting collaboration with me to improve their quality of service to children.
2025 has been an excellent year for , as a growing movement of courageous early childhood administrators and educators is ready to investigate new ways to support children in “Learning how to Learn, Learning how to Think, and Learning how to Use Knowledge.”
I’m ready for 2026. I’m nearly booked out for Winter and Spring, and you can start booking your Summer and Back-to-School PDs by January 5.
I look forward to seeing you all with new questions, stories, and smiles in the new year! ✨

To the 🇦🇺 Australian ECE administrators in my network,
Last week’s ABC Four Corners one-hour special “Betrayal of Trust” caused discomfort among many respected and respectable early childhood professionals and organisations.
When even a tiny portion of a sector is faulty, the whole industry suffers the consequences and has to deal with the public’s reaction.
After the official statements, the best response must be practical and child-centred.
Safety first: Protect your services’ educators. Please don’t leave them alone when dealing with unleashed, overanxious individuals who, more than ever, are heated by explosive social media and WhatsApp groups.
Don’t wait for things to improve: Be an actor of change.
The TV program gave Australia’s honest, passionate, and dedicated early childhood education community a huge opportunity to grow confidence in their professional competence and build trust through appreciation for the incredible gifts each child brings to their centres daily.
Help your team
1. Showcase professional documentation of the great work children at your centres do;
2. Spread joy and awareness about how infants and toddlers learn how to learn independently;
3. Educate families about the incredibly ingenious ways young children navigate the world autonomously and learn how to think;
4. Support every child while they take risks as part of their natural development and learn how to use experience and knowledge.
Finally, show that educators at your centres trust and believe in children.
Show that they can learn from children.
Show that they can listen to children and that children at your centres feel safe, confident, and heard.
I’ll come to Australia in July and August (see details in BIO). Before then, please get in touch via DM or email if your team needs support. Cheers!
