Today's walk was good. I wore my knee brace and went without the cane. I walked 7.73 miles 16,906 steps. My goal daily is 17000. I walked from B*h 22nd to B*h 100th and back. I will feel this later. So let me pop these ibuprofen and rest my leg before I fo pick up little man from school for football practice later. #

Good morning friends and family. We need your help. is hosting our last blood drive of the school year on June 5th from 9am -3pm. We are asking for help from our staff, students, parents and community to come out and support this cause. For every donation, you are saving 3 lives. All donors must be 16 years old or older.
