Happy Friday! Kickstarting the weekend with another Filipino classicβ¦.SISIG! Traditionally, this dish is made with pork and seasoned with citrus, onions, and chili peppers. We mix these ingredients in a house made mayo, crack an egg on top, and garnish with crispy garlic, fresh green onions, and LOTS of chicharrones. Served on a hot plate so the bottom gets extra crispy π₯ππΌ
Sizzling, savory, and super sarap! Have you tried Sisig yet? π½οΈπ΅π
Kicking off a new series with Chef Armando highlighting our favorite dishes here at FOB. Fish Inihaw is a delicate white fish grilled in banana leaf and topped with adobong kamatis, tomatoes stewed in a savory adobo sauce that's packed with flavor. Light, bright, and super sarap!
