✨ Montesissa “Bonissima” – This skin‑contact sparkler is a blend of Malvasia di Candia and Ortrugo. Hand‑picked grapes macerate on their skins for about ten days before resting on the lees over winter. It’s bottled unfiltered using the ancestral method, which creates gentle bubbles and leaves a slight haze. Expect an aromatic explosion – floral and orchard‑fruit notes with a savory edge – exactly the “super aromatic frizzante” skin‑contact malvasia‑ortrugo blend that writers rave about. 🌷 Montesissa “Rosissima” – A vibrant rosé frizzante made from Barbera and Bonarda grown on sandy, clay soils. The free‑run juice is drained off after a short maceration (saignée), then rests on its fine lees before being bottled with no filtration.
