In the third episode of Rebit’s , we have Srivalli Subramanya Bagur chasing her dream with Rebit. “Technology is shaping the future, and one cannot imagine a world without it. I joined the Rebit team as an Associate Software Engineer through campus placements. It has been 1.5 years now and I must say, starting my career with Rebit is the best decision I've made. I am lucky to have such a greatly talented team. I have received amazing guidance and mentorship from my seniors on this team.
Programming requires patience and the ability to handle detail. It was difficult for me initially to understand the intricacies of the product. With time, I got the hang of it. I had enormous opportunities and choices to explore the problem statements. I was fortunate to own a full-featured development and had enough space to propose ideas and help implement them to solve various problem statements.
The team’s vibe is so pleasant which makes the work environment lively. To be valued and recognized for the work that you do is precious. I’ve learned to let go of many push-and-pull factors holding me back and I am getting stronger as the days pass by. I’m confident that I can continuously grow my skills both personally and professionally with the Rebit team."
