We’ve had the privilege of seeing something special take root through our Fall 2025 Wayfinders Impact Studio cohort.

Our friend Tom Langebartels launched Good Soil—a business built on more than just great craftsmanship. Their mission is to empower refugees by creating meaningful work opportunities that honor the skills they already carry while helping them grow new ones.

Recently, we partnered with Good Soil to build garden boxes at the Wayfinders Community Hub, and the result was outstanding. The quality, care, and attention to detail were evident in every piece.
