Thursday night lessons looked a little different for everyone, one rider has been in the saddle for nearly 20 years, while the other two were just getting started with their first or second ride ever. No matter the experience level, every rider showed strength, determination, and plenty of smiles tonight. We love watching confidence grow one ride at a time

We are currently looking for sponsors for our upcoming Reins and Riches Casino Night on August 8th. Sponsorships directly support our therapeutic riding program and help us continue providing adaptive horseback riding opportunities to individuals in our community.
This event brings together local businesses, community members, and supporters for an evening of dinner, casino games, auctions, and giving back. Sponsors will be recognized throughout the event and on our promotional materials.
If you or your business would be interested in partnering with us, we would love to connect. Your support truly makes a difference for our riders, horses, and program.

It is hard to believe that Silver Horse Ranch Therapeutic Riding is officially past the six month mark.
Since starting in November 2025, we have grown in ways we honestly never imagined possible in such a short time. In December, Wildwood United Methodist Church generously built us a ramp and mounting platform that has already made a huge difference for our riders and volunteers.
This summer, we have 16 active clients enrolled in lessons along with several additional families currently inquiring about the program. We have also grown to around 35 incredible volunteers who help keep lessons running safely and smoothly each week.
We were honored earlier this year to receive support through the 100 Women of BCS grant, and our first fundraiser, Reins & Brains, was a huge success. We also recently submitted our very first grant application with the help of an amazing volunteer grant writer who has already become such an important part of helping us grow.
Our herd currently includes 4 active therapy horses, with 2 more joining the program soon as they complete their acclimation process.
We are also proud to share that Silver Horse Ranch is now officially a member center of PATH International. PATH International is one of the leading organizations in the equine-assisted services industry and helps establish standards for safety, professionalism, and quality therapeutic riding programs.
Our next big event is Reins & Riches Casino Night on August 8th. This fundraiser will directly support horse care, scholarships, lesson programs, and future facility improvements including our goal of building a tack room and viewing area for families and volunteers.
We are currently looking for sponsors, auction donors, and attendees who want to help us continue growing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us during these first six months. We truly could not do this without our community.

Hi everyone! I’m looking to connect with local artists who might be interested in donating their time and materials for a very special project benefiting Silver Horse Ranch Therapeutic Riding.
For our fundraiser on August 8th, my vision is to have 6–7 local artists each create a unique art piece inspired by one of our therapy horses. The pieces would be displayed and auctioned off during the event, with proceeds supporting our riders, horses, and programs.
This would be such a fun way to showcase local artists while helping make a difference in our community. If you are an artist, or know someone who might be interested, please comment below or send me a message. We would love to work with you!

Some photographic evidence of the fun we had this weekend! What’s not pictured was our activity. We made Mother’s Day book marks. We collected the book mark and decorations, then designed our bookmarks! I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day!

Saturday lessons are always a reminder of why we do what we do. Every ride builds confidence, strength, connection, and joy both in and out of the saddle. We are so proud of the progress our riders continue to make each week and thankful for the volunteers and horses who make it all possible at.
