Immediately upon receiving a package of frozen breast milk, we examine all bags, weigh the entire order received and perform a temperature control check before placing the breast milk into our commercial freezer where it will remain until we begin processing! All orders are labeled with your name, order number and date received!

We send an email confirmation as soon as possible once all these steps have been completed, accompanied with a photo of the weight and temperature we took for your reference!
