I took a poll this week and 61% of women said “I struggle with caring for myself”, 11% said “I love tending to myself,” and 28% said “I don’t know how to nurture myself” 👇🏼

Somewhere along the line, we began to believe the story that nurturing ourselves as women is selfish — that there’s not enough time to care for ourselves. And I’m just gonna say it…that’s a really painful story that leads to us pouring bitter water with a heaping side of resentment. 🥹
