The Riggan Build:

This massive and stunning build is designed and built by Mcllhaney Architecture.

Massive amounts of steel was required for the foundation engineering to ensure a complete and unified foundation. Due to the offset corners and staggered floor plan, this massive beam was required in a diagonal direction.

Stay tuned in with us this year and watch this beautiful home take shape. We will be conducting a 5 phase inspection process which inspects every step of this build as it is being constructed. We will work along side the builder and affiliates to ensure our client’s build is constructed superbly and efficiently.
