Using my first ever loaf of sourdough to document this feeling of being.

The vibe is: learning old things, taking time to do things well, valuing the process and not just the result, sharing customs and knowledge that used to be generational but aren't anymore, valuing simplicity, and passing these values to the next generation.

Happy 2024 y'all, may you have lots of all of this and slow mornings with the people or pets you love most.

Once upon a decade ago, I made mini pizza egg bites, and they were fab. So of course I adapted them to my own, everyone loves them, super great.

And then, I had a couple of kids, and then one more, and then I lost the time to put them in their own little mini spaces (cupcake tin) and voila a big ole pizza quiche was born.

Easy, one pot, makes leftovers, veggies hide well in it (spinach and mushrooms chopped tiny!), What's not to love honestly.

This one is:
Sausage, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and pizza sauce on the bottom, topped with eggs scrambled with Italian seasoning and baked on 350 til the eggs are set. Pairs well with roasted potatoes and avocado!
