A few years ago I helped Marty’s parents buy a home in the area. In late 2023, they told me their son, Marty, would be moving to the area soon as well and referred him to me.

Marty and Christi toured multiple properties together over the course of 10 months until finally finding the one. The cute little brick house on four acres that Marty walked into and immediately said “this is it.” Within minutes he called Christi to meet him out there. They toured the property and knew together they found what they were missing. They made an asking price offer as quickly as possible but unfortunately there was already an accepted asking price offer on the home that was contingent upon an out of state sale.

They kept dreaming about the house though, after so many months of searching, it was horrible to feel like they found the one but were unable to have it. So Christi eventually called me to say I’m willing to go over the asking price, I want that house.

Turns out, the other offer was falling through and Marty and Christi were able to make a backup offer. Within 24 hours their offer was accepted.

We navigated a lot of emotions during this sale and I’m so happy to say Marty and Christi have their dream home in Clinton. Thank you both for trusting me to get you there.
