π 12 Days of Christmas Recipes π
Buffalo Chicken Dip by Cole
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Cayenne Hot Sauce
1/2 cup ranch
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
Instant pot or crock pot
1. Cook chicken completely
2. In a bowl, mix hot sauce & ranch, pour over Chicken
3. Allow mixture to cook for 15 minutes
4. Remove & shred chicken
5. Add cream cheese & cheddar to the sauce. Stir until all cheese is melted
6. Return chicken to sauce
7. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies

Sugar Cookies by Dustin
Ingredients:
1 β
cups all-purpose flour
Β½ teaspoon baking powder
ΒΌ teaspoon baking soda
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened
Β½ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sour cream
1. Mix the dry ingredients
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Cream the butter and sugars
Beat the softened butter until creamy, then add the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Beat 2β3 minutes until light and fluffy.
3. Add the wet ingredients
Mix in the egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth and well combined.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture in two additions. Mix on low just until the dough forms. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
5. Shape and roll
Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough and roll each ball lightly in granulated sugar. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake
Bake at 350Β°F for 10β12 minutes, until the centers are set but pale and the edges are just barely golden. Let cool 5 minutes before moving to a rack.

Breakfast Casserole by Cole
1.5 lbs of breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, or ham)
1/2 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
Frozen hashbrown patties
10 eggs (beat)
8 oz shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350Β° & grease baking dish. Add bottom layer of hashbrowns. Sprinkle meat, onions, peppers, and cheese over hashbrowns. Pour egg mixture in. Cook for one our, or until eggs are completely done. Top with more cheese, and bake another 15 minutes until melted. Enjoy!
