Additionally, the holiday season is approaching, and if you have limited time to prepare desserts or are simply exhausted from the hassle of visiting stores like HEB, Walmart, Randel's, etc., I would be more than happy to prepare your desserts.

I will be working on diabetic safe and gluten free treats as well. Every one will be included.

It’s a beautiful day today. I think it is a perfect week to test something new (Mexican pink cake).

This was my favorite cake growing up going to the panadería (bakery) with my grandparents. Grandpa always asked what I wanted and I said the Mexican pink cake, so the lady would always put mine in a little box to make me feel special. This cake was also my mom’s favorite too. This cake and a cup of hot coffee was the best thing in the morning.
