Need help paying your water and sewer bill? You may qualify for a discount program through Buffalo Water and the Buffalo Sewer Authority.

Eligible residents can receive discounts on their quarterly water and sewer bills through:
✅ Low-Income Program (based on HUD income guidelines)
✅ Very Low-Income Program (based on HUD income guidelines)
✅ Senior Citizen Program (for residents enrolled in the Enhanced STAR program)

If you’re behind on your bill, payment plans are also available.
