Here’s a good example of how our county government has wasted money under the current administration. While Republican legislators do their best to keep spending like this in check, they are simply outnumbered. We can vote to change that come November.
REPUBLICAN LEGISLATORS SEEK ANSWERS TO ERIENET | Erie County Legislature - Republican Caucus Erie County, NY – Republican Erie County Legislators voiced concerns about ErieNet, and the costs associated with implementation. On this 82nd anniversary of D-Day, let’s take a moment to reflect and remember the sacrifices and bravery of those service members who put everything on the line to secure our freedom. Your heroic actions will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
As if these ridiculous Zellner and Rivera commercials weren’t bad enough, now there’s a “Hallelujah Hochul” commercial. The ramblings of these self serving people are disturbing to say the least. We need elected officials who are in it for the right reasons and not ones who are in it for their own personal gain.

Some more family history, this time from my father’s side. My paternal grandmother began life in Woodlawn as Eugenia Haas. Her family ran a small business that’s described in the article. She married my grandfather, Leo Denz, who was a switch operator for the DL&W Railroad. They settled in South Buffalo, primarily on Hopkins Street where they raised my dad and his sister. After retiring, they were among the original campers at Darien Lake. That’s where my grandfather became good friends with the parks owner (who also happened to own the Buffalo Braves at the time) Paul Snyder. Despite the wealth gap, both men appreciated each other’s work ethic and friendship. Leo and Jean were among the most down to earth people you could ever meet. They taught me a lot of valuable life lessons. Grandpa Denz’s mini fridge from that campsite is still functional and is currently on duty in our garage on Hubbell.

We spent Memorial Day afternoon stopping by two of our grandparents’ houses, both on Lakewood, the Irish Center, and the Police Memorial in Heacock Park. It’s good to stay connected to your roots. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

On this Memorial Day let us remember and honor all of those who sacrificed everything for the United States and for our freedom. I was lucky enough to attend the parade and ceremony in the Village of Hamburg this morning. It was a very fitting tribute and it was heartwarming to see all of the patriotic Americans who turned out to show their support and remember our fallen servicemen and women. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Four years ago today I was working at SP Buffalo on a quiet and rainy Sunday when we were advised that the FBI was tracking an individual who had been making threats to recreate the horrific incident at Tops the week before. We immediately deployed and, along with the Buffalo Police Department who had spotted the suspect on the Thruway, took the individual into custody without further incident. Another potential tragedy was avoided and a violent criminal was taken off the street. This is a great example of how we can achieve positive outcomes when all levels of government work together. Instead of another major devastation, this is a mere footnote in the history of Buffalo. 🦬
Nevada felon sentenced for gun possession U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Justin Hall, 43, of Wellington, Nevada, who was convicted of being a prohibited person in possession of fi****ms, was sentenced to time served (24 months) by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.

I had the honor and privilege to speak before the 1791 Society last night. This fine group of patriots is committed to defending and preserving our Second Amendment rights. Our Second Amendment rights are under constant attack under the Hochul administration. So many NYS regulations do nothing to deter crime but simply hinder law abiding citizens. If you’re interested in preserving your rights to own a firearm, I would recommend looking into becoming a 1791 Society member. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
