The hiatus is over. I’m making a new batch today. Hit me up if you don’t want to cook tonight.

If you are having a long day, you don’t feel like cooking, but you really don’t feel like getting the usual fast food, hit me up for some Pupusas. If you don’t know what they are, they are a traditional dish from El Salvador that consists of a stuffed tortilla served with a side of curtido, which is a vinegar based slaw made of cabbage, carrots, onions and sometimes jalapeños. The stuffing for the Tortillas can be pork, cheese, beans, or a combination of these ingredients.

The Pupusas I have available, at the moment, are stuffed with a mixture of pork, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and mozzarella(because Salvadoran cheese is not available in this area). It is eaten with your fingers and is very filling. To start, I am charging $6 for three and it comes with a side of curtido for no extra charge. Feel free to add the hot sauce of your choice.

I am confident that if you give these a try, you will become addicted, as so many people do who try them. I am making them myself, which is why I can price them at such a low price. Three Pupusas make a meal and you can get them for less than a Big Mac meal at McDonald’s. PM me if you are interested.
