💜 Introducing the Buffalo Strong Community Wellness Series💜

Buffalo Strong is proud to partner with Bridging Hope Counseling to bring FREE monthly group counseling sessions to our community.

Join us on the second Thursday of each month from 6:00–7:00 PM at the Buffalo Area Community Center for a welcoming, supportive group discussion led by a licensed mental health professional.
Each month will feature a new topic focused on emotional wellness, personal growth, and navigating life's challenges.

This month’s focus is Raising Emotionally Resilient Kids.

Whether you're looking for support, encouragement, or simply a place to connect, everyone is welcome.
