The goal this week was to simply move.

I was told I am not in the right headspace.

I may have extended off-season a little too long. I may have a little bit going on in my personal life. Training may have just not been on my priority list. I really dug deep to train hard through everything life was throwing at me August to December for Haines City IM 70.3 to get hit with strep throat a day before the race. Maybe, just exhausted.

Pressure is a privilege. We get to do these things. We get to be there for our family as the rock when s**t hits the fan. No one said it will be easy.

Time for the comeback. Proud of this past week and coach is dropping the hammer on me going forward. How we respond when s**t gets difficult is what defines us. Again, we are fortunate to do this.
