Onion Poppy Seed Bialy
These are like bagels, but not bagels at all. The dough is very similar,but these are not boiled like bagels and there is no hole. There is an indentation often filled. Mine are filled with yummy sweet and delicious carmelized onions sprinkled with poppyseeds. Such a treat. My kids enjoy these with scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. I adore these with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Super delish breakfast.

Slowcooker 3 Packet Pot RoastÂ
We had sports and errands all day. This is an easy family favorite everyone loves. A perfect delicious easy slowcooker roast like this one cooking all day meant dinner was ready when we were with very little effort. I use lower sodium packets or homemade versions to control the salt, feel free to use what you have and enjoy. I served with steamed veggies, carrots I threw in with the meat and mashed rutabaga. 🙂
Ingredients
•2 to 3 pounds boneless Rump Roast, bottom round roast for sliceable roast or chuck roast for shredded meat.
•1 packet (0.87 ounce) lowered sodium Brown gravy mix
•1 packet (0.7 ounce) Italian Seasoning and dressing mix ( I use a lower sodium mix)
•1 packet (1 ounce) Ranch dressing/seasoning mix
•1 & 3/4 cups water
Instructions
▪︎Place roast in a large greased slow cookerÂ
▪︎Mix all 3 packets and the water. Pour evenly on top of roast.Â
▪︎Cover with lid and cook on low heat 8 to 12hours.
▪︎Shred Or cut roast against yhe grain. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles and the gravy the roast creates as it cooks. Add veggies as desired.Â

15 Minute Bulgogi Turkey Bowls
This hits the spot for a delicious takeout fakeout meal. I used ground turkey instead of thinly sliced bulgogi beef. This make the dish a 15 minute meal!. I microwaved rice and steamed broccoli for a super easy takeout fakeout that the whole family loved.
 15 minute Bulgogi Flavored Turkey Bowls
INGREDIENTS:
•1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
•1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
•4 teaspoons sesame oil
•1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes, or more to taste
•1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
•2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
•2 pounds ground turkey
•4 green onions, thinly sliced
•1 teaspoon sesame seeds
:DIRECTIONS:
▪︎In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.
▪︎Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, crumbling the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat.
▪︎Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
▪︎Serve immediately, garnished with extra green onion and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve over rice.Â
