People see a finished event.
What they don’t always see are the hours of preparation behind every single detail.
For the ribbon cutting at the new Highmark Stadium, every one of these 400 chairs was finished with a hand-tied bow. It may seem like a small detail, but together they helped create a polished, memorable moment for such a historic day for Western New York and the Buffalo Bills.
Being trusted to contribute to an event of this significance is something I’ll never forget. I’m so grateful to have been part of this incredible project alongside Little Finch Party | Balloons in Buffalo , and I’ll always be thankful for the opportunities to help bring these milestone moments to life.
Now for the answer…
It took 23 hours and 45 minutes to cut, tie, and prep all 400 bows, followed by 2 people working for 2 hours to install them on every chair. Thanks to my mom for her assistance in this or I would have never been able to pull it off.
The details matter. And this one was absolutely worth it!
Themed bridal showers are having a moment, and this “She’s Been Scooped Up” setup was the perfect mix of playful and elegant.

Just sharing a little update to our process
A lot of work goes into custom event planning and design before you ever see a proposal — and I want to make sure each inquiry gets the time, creativity, and attention it deserves.
Because of that, a design retainer will now be required before custom proposals, mockups, or event concepts are created.
If you’re booking directly from a party menu, rentals, or pre-priced options, this doesn’t apply unless your event needs custom planning/design.
